At basics.mt, we exercise the best practices to ship our products smoothly, quickly, and safely. We ship our top-grade products both domestically and internationally. Meanwhile, we make sure that the product reaches your mentioned address within the pre-specified time frame.
2. Processing your Orders
As soon as we receive your orders, we try to deliver your product through our instant and secure shipment networks. On average, the order is delivered within five business days. But delays are possible during weekends or bank holidays.
In case your product is yet to be dispatched, we may inform you via e-mail or text message.
3. When Can I Expect Shipment?
Your product is dispatched from our warehouse as soon as our team receives a request for orders from customers. The ultimate delivery schedule solely depends upon your product and the time when the order is executed. But if you have placed an order, simply go to My Account>> Order Section>> click on your order number shown on the screen. Alternatively, you can even check your e-mail where delivery status can be shared by our team with customers.
4. Can I Cancel my Orders?
Yes, customers can cancel their orders any time from their smartphone or window devices, respectively. But Please Note that cancellations are accepted under certain conditions only.
5. Returns Policy
If, due to any reason, the delivered product doesn’t meet your expectations or you aren’t satisfied with your purchases, feel free to return the product within 30 days.
Refunds can be expected within five days once the returned product reaches our warehouse. But it’s worth noticing that refunds and returns are only applicable if you replace the product in its original form.
Local returns to be made either to our outlets (address of outlets) and/or to our warehouse address via shipping company to the client’s choice.
The product must be in its original unworn condition, including original labels attached to the parcel or product. Products that will be damaged, worn, altered, soiled are exempt from return policy as Basics.mt doesn’t accept such requests.
In numerous circumstances, a significant amount is deducted from issued refunds as a charge on affected products.
Any fraud activity won’t be accepted, and legal actions can be exercised against a person wherever necessary.
6. Inner Garment Return Policy
Unlike other products, the return policy on inner garments, underwear, or bikini varies. Basics clearly mention that no returns are applicable on your inner garments, so make sure you review everything before purchasing.
7. How to Return a Product?
The product can be returned following a few simple steps. If the product you wish to return adheres to the Basics.mt Return Policy, you can initiate the refund process.
First, log in to your account using the e-mail id and password you used earlier for registration at Basics.mt.
Now, go menu section >> find orders >> click on it >> redirect to your orders where labels are mentioned to edit or cancel your order anytime, anywhere, and free of cost. Make sure you have a valid reason behind the cancellation of orders.
If the amount has been deducted, a return number is issued that you can use for further process. Keep this number secure until refunds are successfully issued.
(Please note: the postage cost for a returnable product must be beard by the customer itself. Besides, the labels, brand logos, and conditions must be intact)
8. When will I get refunds for my returned products?
Usually, refunds are issued within five business days, but in most events, delays may occur. You are requested to get in touch with your bank if Basics have issued the refund. In most circumstances, the amount doesn’t reflect in your account. For the best practice, you can wait for 15 days.
Once the return has been successfully processed, Basics.mt instantly notify via e-mail or text message.

9. International delivery
The delivery time and policy on International orders can vary, as it depends upon from which country you are placing your orders.
10. International Returns
Return time for the international request is unlike requests from local regions. At such events, basics.mt may take more than 30 days to accept returns. The same rule does apply to refunds as you are processing the transaction from a different country.
You can connect with our customer support team to escape confusion. The condition applied on domestic returns is also applied on international returns. The product should be intact, and all the labels, logos must be untouched.
Once the returned product successfully reaches us, refunds are issued at the same time. Still, you are required to wait for up to 15 days to get payment to reflect in your account.
Exchange policy does apply to the following situations
- When you receive the wrong product
- When you get the wrong size
- When you get the wrong color
You can put a request for exchange from the online return portal. To avoid jargon, make sure you have receipts and related stuff in-hands to execute the exchange in no time. (Please note: exchanges aren’t applicable for undergarments)
12. Damaged or Faulty Items
Due to some unfortunate situations resulting from accidents, environmental and social attacks, the product is either damaged items can be missed in your parcel. At such events, Basics.mt request you to place get in touch with our support team at email@example.com so we could help you find the best possible solution. But make sure you have the following details.
- Order number
- Product name and size
- A closer look at the fault
- A full picture of the product
- A Picture of the tag and brand logo attached to the product
Using these details, our customer support team gathers some essential details to ensure whether your exchange request complies with the terms and condition of the exchange policy.
13. When are returns unacceptable?
Returns are unacceptable once the 30-days return policy is over (please note: the return policy can vary for every product, so make sure you first consider it before you raise a request for returns.) Items that expire or deemed non-sellable do not come under our return policy. Hence they are no longer applicable for returns. At such events, neither Basics.mt nor its team members would be able to assist you.
